FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Forklift OperatorResponsibilities:Safely operate forklifts to move materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the production facility.Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas using forklifts, ensuring proper handling and placement of items.Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, labeling, and organizing materials and products.Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.Qualifications:Valid forklift operator certification/license.Proven experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.Excellent knowledge of forklift safety practices and regulations.Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and products.Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends and holidays.Willing to submit to Background and Drug Testing.Disclaimer: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by jobholders within this job.
