Sales Enablement Leader: Onboarding & Skills Mastery

Coloplast is seeking a Sales Training Manager to support Comfort Medical sales and marketing through onboarding and continuous training programs for new hires and existing sales professionals. The role focuses on curricula across selling skills, DME knowledge, business acumen, and systems management, fostering collaboration with sales and marketing.
Responsibilities include designing curricula, delivering training, coaching trainees, and driving learner adoption using mixed modalities.
