Duke's is seeking a Human Resources & Payroll Generalist to join our Elgin, IL team. You will support the full employee lifecycle and manage weekly payroll processes, with structured training and progressive ownership of payroll tasks. This onsite role emphasizes attention to detail, relationship building, and growth in HR operations and payroll processing.
