Job Responsibilities

• Customized Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized treatment approaches that support their functional achievements.

• Collaborative Care: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive and holistic treatment experience.
• Patient and Family Education: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to facilitate continued progress within the home environment.
• Continuous Monitoring: Document clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that patients remain focused on their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Pursuit of continuing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported

Licensure & Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required
