Front Desk Supervisor - $18 hour

As a Guest Service Representative, you are accountable for delivering exceptional hospitality to all guests during their stay. You maintain strong personal and working relationships with both internal staff and external clients, ensuring a consistently high service level for every visitor. Hours Of Front Desk Operations The position will primarily cover evening and weekend shifts, with the supervisor functioning on morning shifts when the General Manager is absent. Monday-Friday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Essential Functions Lead and train your Front Desk Team. Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations. Process all payments promptly and accurately. Create an excellent first impression for all guests. Provide concierge services related to hotel and local community to assist guests. Ensure a warm and welcoming check-in and departure experience for all guests. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and operations teams to provide services. Process laundry and assist with common area cleaning as needed. Follow all safety and security procedures. Manage secure cash handling and processing procedures. Maintain confidential information for the company and guests. Administer key control procedures. Conduct property/security walks on a routine basis. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of hospitality guest management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Able to problem-solve and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Preferred Education/Experience High school diploma or GED; or six or more months of customer-service experience. Cash-handling experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee often sits, stands, walks, reaches with hands and arms, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds. Requires clear vision, both near and peripheral. Typical noise level is moderate. PERSONAL DRESS AND APPEARANCE Employees are provided a company uniform shirt and should wear clean, presentable attire daily. Personal footwear and pants must be in good repair with closed toes; sandals or open-toed shoes are prohibited. Uniform is required before assisting a guest. Appearance must be socially acceptable; disallowed decor, piercings, or other extremities will result in corrective action.
