Volt is immediately hiring for Maintenance Mechanic III in Twin Falls, Idaho 83301.

As a Maintenance Mechanic III, you will:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues using PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Install, service, and maintain automated industrial machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance as needed.

This is a full time, contract opportunity.

Schedule:

• Candidates must be flexible to work any shift and overtime as required.
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of electro-mechanical maintenance and automation troubleshooting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a professional manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work various shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, food manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
• Advanced PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance programs.

Pay Rate: $22.00- $25.28/hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
