We're hiring Manufacturing Associates for our manufacturing team in Oak Creek, WI — and you don't need years of experience to get started. We've got you — once you're hired, our shuttle drivers will pick you up and drop you off at any Oak Creek bus stop before and after your shift A team that has your back — we take pride in quality, look out for each other, and celebrate the wins together Room to grow — we promote from within and reward people who show up, take ownership, and sweat the details How You’ll Support the Structure Help fabricate the products and equipment that headline major events across the country Repair damaged product and equipment so it's ready for its next big show Inspect for quality and help make sure everything meets our standards before it heads out the door Keep inventory organized and stored right so the team can find what it needs, fast Move materials using hand trucks and other material handling equipment Keep your work area clean, safe, and ready for action Follow all safety rules, work rules, and company standards — we look out for each other out there The Foundation You Already Have A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude — that's the big one Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality The ability to follow instructions and work well on your own or as part of a crew Good time management in a fast-paced environment A safety-first mindset — you're dependable, reliable, and ready to contribute Physically ready for the work — able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout your shift; handle large, bulky vinyl materials; and work indoors (sometimes in wet or humid areas) and occasionally outdoors in varying temperatures Comfortable wearing required PPE, including gloves and eye protection, for a full active shift Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
