N.E.T.R. is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Representative who knows how to find opportunities, build relationships, understand what a customer needs, and close the deal.

This isn't just about selling a piece of equipment and moving on. You'll build your own book of commercial customers, earn commission on the revenue those accounts generate, sell larger HVAC projects, and help manage projects through completion.

What You'll Do

• Develop new commercial HVAC customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, cross-selling and existing relationships
• Meet with business owners, facility managers and commercial customers
• Evaluate existing HVAC and refrigeration equipment and identify opportunities for repair, replacement or upgrades
• Sell commercial HVAC equipment, projects and service agreements
• Present proposals and recommendations to customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow up after service and installations to uncover additional opportunities
• Work with HVAC engineers and our commercial team on equipment selection and project requirements
• Help coordinate equipment, materials and scheduling for sold projects
• Manage your projects from sale through completion
• Continue growing your HVAC knowledge and sharpening your sales skills

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience or a strong technical HVAC background preferred
• Knowledge of commercial heating, cooling and ventilation systems
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Confident presenting and closing in front of commercial customers
• Organized with excellent follow-through
• Competitive, self-motivated and results-driven
• Strong customer service mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple customers, opportunities and projects
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED

Now for the Fun Part The Money

Base Salary: $60,000$70,000

Potential total income: $250K+

For new commercial accounts you bring in, you'll receive a 3% commission on revenue generated from that account for as long as you maintain the account and customer relationship. Commercial service contracts are included in that revenue commission.

For new projects and work beyond regular service, you can earn an additional 3%9% commission based on the gross margin of the job.
