Join a Respiratory Therapy team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The RRT will provide respiratory care services across a variety of patient populations, including critical care, pediatric, neonatal, and adult patients. This role requires strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and experience in acute and critical care respiratory therapy environments.

Responsibilities include performing respiratory assessments, administering oxygen therapy and aerosolized medications, managing mechanical ventilation, monitoring and troubleshooting ventilators, providing airway management and emergency respiratory interventions, assisting with intubations and code responses, performing arterial blood gas collection and analysis, delivering neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory care, monitoring patient response to treatments, documenting care accurately in Epic, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, maintaining respiratory equipment, and providing safe, evidence-based respiratory care across critical care, acute care, and specialty patient populations.
