Production Associate & Machine Operator Positions Available - 1st or 2nd Shift - Pay up to $20/hr

Job Description:

The Packer oversees the packing of finished fasteners manufacturing various fasteners for automotive customers. This role performs quality checks, supports material handling, and assists with machine operation to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate production and shipment of finished goods.

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift - 7:00 a.m.3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift - 3:00 p.m.11:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Load boxes of fasteners onto conveyors in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform minor maintenance on production machines as needed to support continuous operation.
• Assist with other production tasks as required, including general labor and packing.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and support running the production line as directed.
• Use hand tools and basic troubleshooting techniques to address minor issues during production.
• Follow all safety procedures and perform all job duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with facility standards.
• Support material handling activities as needed, including moving and staging materials.

Essential Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 12 years of previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous material handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• General labor and general production experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, OH.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Hudson,OH.
