Founding UX Designer: Build Design System & Journeys
Neighborly Software
Neighborly Software seeks a founding UX Lead to shape the platform's look, feel, and flow. As the first dedicated designer, you will build the design system, a reusable component library, documented personas and journeys, and accessibility and responsive design as standard practice, while remaining hands-on with design work. You will influence product managers, engineers, and QA through clear rationale and collaborative leadership, guiding the product toward a simpler, higher‑quality user #J-18808-Ljbffr Neighborly Software
