The Customer Service Support Lv 2 (Customer Service Generalist) Start Date: ASAP! Length of Assignment: tentatively though 12/31/23 # of Roles: 1 Location: Remote position Onboarding: Background check only *No spotlight call as this is just an additional spot for previous req with spotlight (1225-1) Interviews: 1 round virtual/Teams interview prior to offer. Job Duties/Description: Order entry via EDI into AS400 ERP System Communication with customers via e-mail Working with Microsoft Excel to build customer schedules Working with customer portals to schedule order shipments/deliveries Minimum Requirements: Previous customer service experience required (minimum 3+ years in RELEVANT customer service role) PROFICIENT & able to effectively work with MS Office (Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook) Previous experience with EDI transactions required – AS400 ERP Experience a plus Professional attitude Self-motivated, ability to work remotely Schedule: 9am - 6pm Central Time 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day (30 minute lunch) #J-18808-Ljbffr TechDigital Group
