Job Description

In this position, you will play a vital role in our client’s manufacturing operations as an Industrial Carpenter. You will be responsible for constructing large-scale frames and components used for HVAC housing units. Your craftsmanship will directly support projects installed in high-profile buildings such as hospitals, universities, and other commercial facilities.

This is a great opportunity for someone with carpentry or construction experience who enjoys hands-on work, reading measurements, using tools, and building quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Install architectural doors, walls, and trim
• Handle, prepare, and organize building materials
• Read and interpret tape measurements and blueprints
• Assemble and erect large-scale wooden frames, up to 30x30 ft.
• Operate standard power tools, including circular saws, drills, reciprocating saws, and other basic tools
• Work safely and follow all company safety rules and procedures
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced production environment
• Ensure all builds meet structural and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of carpentry experience required
• Construction experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure required
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus
• Skilled in the use of power tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and speak either English or Spanish required
• Strong verbal communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noise levels that may be at or above 90 decibels
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
