Job Description

• Lead daily construction operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with bilingual team members and stakeholders to address project needs and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct inspections to verify that all work meets specifications and quality expectations.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site to promote productivity and reduce risks.
