Responsibilities Communicate with both internal and external customers on a wide range of issues. These include, but are not limited to, calls regarding shortages and damages, problem calls from drivers, pick up calls, tracing, proof of delivery (POD's), rates, and claims issues. Responsible for doing a thorough, daily dock check, itemizing any shipments or pieces of shipment remaining on the dock that need to move or be investigated. Attend weekly shift meetings and talk to employees about any over, short, and damage (OS&D) issues.
