Healthcare Superintendent needed for projects in the Triangle!

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to lead healthcare construction projects throughout the Triangle region. This individual will be responsible for managing all onsite operations, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your new role

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and project safety.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead daily site meetings, inspections, and project documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout construction.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven healthcare construction experience including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and occupied renovations.
• Experience delivering healthcare projects ranging from $5M to $50M+.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety requirements.
• Demonstrated success managing projects in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill market.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
