Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Surgical Stepdown unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients with intermediate-level acuity, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float between two campus locations as operationally required
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona with no disciplinary actions on record (verified within the last 30 days)
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license for residency verification purposes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in Surgical Stepdown environments
• Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations
