Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will utilize various recruiting resources to interview applicants, maintain employment records, and inform candidates about job opportunities in the automotive industry. Key responsibilities Utilize computer databases and Internet resources to recruit and interview applicants regarding their work history and skills Prepare and maintain accurate employment records for candidates Inform applicants about employment possibilities and support the pipeline management process Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred 2-4 years of customer service-related experience Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
