NOW HIRING: Residential Sales Representatives – Henderson, NV
$12.00/hour + UNCAPPED COMMISSION | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Partners Personnel is hiring motivated Residential Sales Representatives for a growing call center in Henderson! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy talking with people, are motivated by earning potential, and want to build their sales and customer service skills.

What You’ll Do:
• Make outbound calls to residential customers using provided leads
• Speak with customers about available energy products and services
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work toward daily and weekly sales goals
• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
No sales experience? No problem! Previous sales, call center, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required . Paid training and coaching are provided!

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Motivated by sales and earning potential
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable using a computer
• Professional, positive, and coachable
• Able to maintain strong attendance
Location: Henderson, NV 89014
Pay: $12.00/hour + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Training: Paid
