Fiber QC Lead

QC Lead
Perform fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting on commercial or industrial projects.
Conduct quality inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
Read and interpret test results, maintain accurate records, and complete project closeout documentation.
Lead and coordinate field crews while promoting a safe, quality-focused work environment.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and escalate quality, schedule, or material concerns as needed.
Operate fiber splicing and testing equipment, including OTDR and insertion loss testing tools.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing experience.
Working knowledge of industry standards and best practices for fiber optic infrastructure.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
