Expected Earnings: $37,000 – $100,000+ / year (Hourly base + uncapped commission)

The Role: Sales Associate

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be the face and voice of our firm. This is a high-volume phone sales role requiring elite communication and consistent hustle.

• Connect with clients via inbound and outbound calls to analyze their tax challenges.
• Articulate the powerful value of our tax relief services with empathy and authority.
• Proactively pipeline and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with a supportive, high-energy team while crushing your independent monthly targets.

• Pipeline & CRM Management: Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume sales funnel and maintain meticulous data integrity within CRM systems.
