Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health statuses, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on the assessment results, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing proven therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches tailored to client needs.

• Set and collaboratively review therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring progress regularly and adjusting treatment methods as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients preferring virtual consultations, ensuring they have continued access to vital support services regardless of location.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, highlighting our commitment to professionalism and accountability.

• Engage in continuous professional development through regular training and supervision, remaining informed about emerging practices and techniques within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we particularly value applicants who have demonstrated expertise in providing therapy to diverse populations. Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care will be advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and systems is also beneficial.
