Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, using standardized evaluation tools to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and challenges, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

• Engage clients through individual teletherapy sessions, building a safe and trustworthy relationship that fosters openness and healing.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, actively monitoring their advancement and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current licensure in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
