Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a demographic of stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Applicants with limited or provisional licenses or a history of disciplinary actions will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Haywood Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, dependent on your working hours and experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to new hires, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and direct deposit weekly to ensure prompt payment for your valuable work.
