Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status during initial consultations and follow-up sessions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and align with the client's goals and preferences.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic support by utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies.

• Guide clients through their treatment journey by equipping them with practical tools and coping strategies to overcome challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care and appropriate referrals as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings and supervision to discuss case reviews and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorder. You will be responsible for fostering a safe therapeutic environment where clients can feel empowered to share their experiences and commit to their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health conditions, therapeutic modalities, and an ability to deliver culturally responsive care.

• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and management of high-risk clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, with an additional sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
