Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that promote understanding, healing, and growth.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, promptly addressing acute mental health emergencies and ensuring client safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights along the way.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional disturbances, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
