Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personalized interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs, goals, and treatment preferences, ensuring a tailored approach to care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including but not limited to individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions—through our telehealth platform.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes based on ongoing evaluations.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing urgent emotional distress, employing effective de-escalation techniques and resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clarity and accessibility for team collaboration.

• Work closely with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to the individual’s needs.

• Engage in continual education regarding advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and participate in regular supervision to refine clinical skills.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
