This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide exceptional mental health services from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments, which include gathering detailed client histories and identifying key areas for focus in therapeutic intervention.

• Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized treatment plans based on the assessed needs, strengths, and goals of each client.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions effectively addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, while also leading group therapy sessions to enable peer support.

• Maintain open lines of communication with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive, holistic support for each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license in one of the following: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
