Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate client progress and enhance their coping skills.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and safeguard client information.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and developing integrative approaches that enhance patient outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to share knowledge and refine best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients of varying ages and backgrounds, facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and substance abuse. By tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet each individual's needs, you will help clients navigate their struggles and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their application to develop individualized treatment plans.
