Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist specializing in mindfulness interventions, you will engage in a variety of activities tailored to support your clients' mental health and wellness:

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking stress relief and emotional balance.

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' unique stressors, mental health goals, and challenges. Customize mindfulness practices to meet their individual needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises and meditation techniques to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation, providing them essential tools for managing daily stressors.

• Facilitate dynamic group workshops on mindfulness, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies, encouraging community and shared learning.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client engagements, therapeutic progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and collaborate with other health practitioners to provide holistic care approaches.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice and participate in continuing education opportunities to further enhance your skills in mindfulness and therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mindfulness practices and their integration into therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
