Work Environment\n

As a fully remote practice, we leverage telehealth technology to connect our clients with mental health professionals. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for some flexibility based on client access needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to identify their individual needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups to promote healing and community among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention during urgent situations, offering immediate support to clients in distress.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in their community.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and uphold a commitment to ongoing professional development by attending training and workshops.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
