Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to gather comprehensive psychosocial histories.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific therapeutic goals discussed in initial sessions, adapting these plans as client needs evolve.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including one-on-one sessions, family gatherings, and group therapy settings, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress, utilizing feedback and treatment outcomes to adjust therapeutic approaches and interventions effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and developing safety plans for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that meets the complex needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Clients may seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.

• Current licensure in the state of Illinois as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
