Furniture Repair Technician

Ashley | The Wellsville Group is seeking an In-Home Furniture Repair Technician to join our Technical & Maintenance team. In this field-based role, you’ll travel to customers’ homes across your service area to diagnose and repair wood, upholstery, leather, and motion furniture issues. Using your mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship, you’ll complete structural, cosmetic, and mechanical repairs, assemble or adjust furniture, and ensure first-visit resolution whenever possible. You’ll document work in our service systems, communicate clearly with customers, and collaborate with store, warehouse, and customer care teams.
