This role includes assisting in administrative tasks such as answering telephones, greeting patients, and updating and filing medical records. Responsibilities: Answer telephones and schedule patient appointments. Assisting with medical records, referral. Greet patients upon arrival and maintain a welcoming, friendly environment. Ensure compliance with the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. All other duties as assigned. Experience/Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is preferred. Bilingual in English and Creole (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s): High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification as a Medical Assistant or relevant medical certification preferred.
