Can accommodate - 4- 10 hours20 minute appt- patients90-120 day credentialing timelineIMLC with active or pending LOQMain need is at Hammond locationLooking for providers interested in full time workMinimum 3 weeks per month.Non-Invasive cardiology needsClinic 5 days a weekOpen to 4 day clinic weeksThey will have a panel of patients to follow.Physician will need to hold active supervising license and be added as a locum tenens supervising physician for the Physician AssistantsTesting: Ultrasounds, stress testing, nuclear stress testing, holter monitors, EKGS
