Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls Cares for patients that have true med surg issues Certifications Required BLS Skills Required: Telemetry Interpretation Telemetry monitoring Certifications Preferred ONS Chemo COMPUTERIZED CHARTING EPIC PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED! Agency staff have the following parking permit options (purchased through CampusParc at osu.campusparc.com): The WB and CXS permits require annual payment upfront and are not available as monthly permits. The WMC permit is available monthly. WMC Monthly Permit: 24/7 access to the Wexner Medical Center Garage $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100 days. WB Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; West Campus WB/WC lots 24/7 with shuttle service $196.20/year. CXS Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; Buckeye CX and West Campus lots 24/7 $393.96/year. WB Parking Details: Parking is available in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, approximately 1.7 miles from OSU Wexner Medical Center. The Pink Shuttle runs every 3 5 minutes during peak times and reaches the medical center in approximately 8 9 minutes. Weekend garage access is available from Friday at 2:00 p.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m. Outside those hours, regular hourly garage rates apply. Refund Information: Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits. Current and prior months are not refundable.
