JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for company-wide HR-related duties working closely with the CFO. This position carries out responsibilities in supporting the following functional areas for the company and its joint venture, Wurster Betterground. HR policies and procedural updates Payroll input and support with Paychex and maintaining the appropriate states are set up, so we can file/pay tax liabilities Benefits administration managing the open enrollment function Employee relations, onboarding, and recruitment Help define and improve the work culture and employment law compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wurster Engineering and ConstrucVacancy posted 1 day ago
