Automation Program Advisor – UiPath

Role Overview
The Automation Program Advisor will play a strategic and advisory role in driving enterprise-wide automation initiatives using UiPath. This role partners with business, IT, and leadership teams to define automation roadmaps, identify high-value automation opportunities, and ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable RPA implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Strategy & Advisory
- Act as a trusted automation advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
- Define and govern the enterprise automation roadmap using UiPath.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on ROI and feasibility.
- UiPath Program Governance
- Establish RPA governance frameworks and best practices.
- Oversee automation lifecycle from intake to production support.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate processes into automation use cases.
- Conduct workshops for process discovery and solution design.
- Delivery Oversight & Enablement
- Mentor RPA developers and solution architects.
- Review solution designs for scalability and performance.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA platform.
Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and REFramework.
Enterprise-scale RPA program management experience.
Preferred Skills
UiPath certifications (Advanced Developer / Solution Architect).
Exposure to Process Mining, AI, OCR, and Document Understanding.
Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
