Location Glen Ellyn, IL Position Type Full-Time Job Summary Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet is currently seeking a talented Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to adapt to new technology and possess a solid foundation in delivering exceptional customer service. This role entails creating estimates, ensuring timely repair schedules, and developing comprehensive repair plans for vehicles. Prepare accurate repair estimates, ensuring alignment with established procedures. Maintain and manage an efficient repair schedule, ensuring timeliness before, during, and after repairs. Communicate any supplements or adjustments to customers and insurance companies promptly (on the same business day as written). Ensure customers’ vehicles are kept clean and tidy, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management on new industry procedures and equipment.
