Location: Scarsdale, NY Position: General Manager / Studio Manager Schedule: Full Time Compensation: $52,000 to $55,000 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses and commissions Top performing General Managers regularly earn $70,000+ annually. What You’ll Do As General Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of studio performance, including: Drive membership sales and recurring revenue growth Lead daily studio operations Recruit, coach, and develop high performing Sales Associates and Flexologists Deliver exceptional customer service and member experiences Build relationships through community outreach and local partnerships Monitor key business metrics including membership growth, retention, revenue, and studio performance Create a positive, energetic culture focused on teamwork and accountability Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading people, building relationships, and growing a business.
