Record and collect patient information for follow‑up. Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and protect patient rights. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read work orders and follow verbal instructions. Smiling, positive attitude. Strong customer service orientation.
