Well-established safety products distributor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a multi-state outside sales team serving municipal customers and state and local governments. This is a home-based role within PA, MD, NJ, DE, VA, or WV, with approximately 50% travel expected during the first year.
Qualified candidates should have 5+ years managing an outside sales team selling to public safety, state and local government, law enforcement, or municipal procurement with proven coaching, recruiting, and performance-management skills. They offer a base salary of $120K – $150K, with estimated first-year total compensation of approximately $155K – $185K, plus potential corporate profit sharing. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, paid time off, a 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4%, reimbursement, and paid business-travel expenses .
