ANESTHESIOLOGY

POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports The Department in providing comprehensive anesthesia services across a broad surgical case mix. The position includes participation in a large anesthesia group, collaboration with surgeons and perioperative teams, and involvement in a flexible shift model. Responsibilities include delivering anesthesia care for a variety of operative procedures and contributing to a coordinated perioperative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
• Residency training in anesthesiology
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Oregon
• Ability to manage anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in administering anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures
• Skill in perioperative evaluation and intraoperative management
• Ability to collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and perioperative staff
• Familiarity with modern operative and monitoring technology
• Capacity to participate in call responsibilities as assigned
