What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum of 2+ years of high-acuity Med/Surg Tele experience or higher
• Current RN license in good standing
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking and excellent patient assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Attention to detail and commitment to infection prevention protocols
• Flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts, including days and nights

Nice to Have Skills:

• Oncology experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience with specialized procedures and complex patient populations
• Prior experience in a comprehensive cancer center or acute care setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience in Med/Surg Tele or oncology units
• Proven ability to manage high-acuity patients effectively

Other Requirements:

• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift (19:00 - 07:30)
• Willingness to float across MedSurg and Oncology units as needed
• Willingness to participate in self-scheduling and orientation programs
