Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator for a top retail and consumer products client. This candidate will join a high-volume HR environment and focus heavily on I-9 compliance, new-hire onboarding, E-Verify case management, and SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. They will manage daily onboarding cases, identify at-risk hires, troubleshoot technical and compliance issues, analyze reporting, and partner across HR Operations, Legal, Payroll, and HRBPs to drive cases through resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsive, solution-focused, and comfortable operating with urgency while also identifying opportunities to strengthen onboarding procedures and workflows

Pay for this position is between 25 and 27 / HR

Day-to-Day: • Drive daily I-9 compliance and completion activities alongside HR Operations leadership • Monitor onboarding progress, including whether new hires are on schedule and whether required I-9 documentation is complete • Manage approximately 20–30 cases daily, including 4–6 higher-risk cases requiring additional attention • Review onboarding and E-Verify cases and resolve issues requiring intervention • Triage I-9 verification, form-completion, onboarding, and technical escalations • Build and analyze reports within SuccessFactors and E-Verify • Identify onboarding failure trends and help improve completion rates • Partner with Legal, HR Operations, Payroll, and HRBPs to resolve cases • Provide responsive support to new hires and internal stakeholders • Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and records • Recommend and help implement improvements to onboarding procedures and workflows • Support additional HR projects and priorities as needed

Skills and Requirements

• Recent high-volume onboarding and I-9 compliance experience using E-Verify • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and My Employee Central experience • Strong troubleshooting and process-improvement skills • Ability to manage 20–30 cases daily in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment • Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills • Ability to work effectively across HR and business teams • Customer-service and solution-oriented mindset • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment • Flexible on years of experience, but looking for recent, relevant experience within the last year • Experience reviewing E-Verify cases and resolving escalations • Experience building and analyzing reports within SuccessFactors and E-Verify • Familiarity with ADP payroll environments • Experience partnering with Legal, HR Operations, Payroll, and HRBPs • Experience improving onboarding policies, procedures, and workflows • Strong interest in gaining exposure to and working across HR systems
