Responsibilities

Answering inbound calls to take payments and help answer insurance related questions.
Make outbound phone calls to prospect for new insurance quotes and clients
Find prospects, quote them and close their business
Cold-calling former clients to earn their business back
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Assist clients with inbound phone calls relating to claims, billing and insurance related questions.
Help clients with any products or coverages they may be missing
