CPA Accounting Manager

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and manage audit and compliance activities in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements while analyzing variances and supporting annual budgeting and forecasting Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and design internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance or related field considered Active CPA license required Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior public accounting or audit experience preferred Experience with ERP systems and financial tools required
