Product Integration Lead

Product Integration Lead Overview The Product Integration Lead is a leadership position within the Product & Program Management team, responsible for coordinating and delivering new Aurora Driver features and performance improvements across software releases. In this role, you will Quarterly Release Planning : Partner closely with Business Development, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Operations to prioritize quarterly business outcomes based on customer needs, translate outcomes into software-wide objectives, and initiate planning with the Product/Program Management team to determine achievable results. Feature Release Execution : Define the scope of quarterly software releases, aggregate status and risks across cross‑functional programs, and provide senior leadership with clear insights on achievable goals and required decisions. Performance Metrics : Collaborate with Data Science, Business Development, Product Strategy, and Engineering to establish key metrics and track progress, ensuring alignment with customer success, profitability, and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Coordination & Communications : Produce executive‑grade artifacts that communicate software execution status, risks, and trade‑offs to senior leadership and partner teams such as MarComm, Safety, Operations, Business Development, and Investor Relations. Dependency Management : Identify and manage critical dependencies required to deliver customer outcomes, including onboard software, offboard tools, customer experience targets, safety targets, and operational SOPs. Software / Product Ops Liaison : Work with Product Operations to forecast fleet demand and serve as the arbiter for trade‑offs. Risk Escalation & Mitigation : Own key risks in delivering business outcomes, determine which to elevate to senior leadership, provide mitigation strategies, and outline trade‑offs. Best‑Practice Champion : Lead the Product & Program Management team and partner groups on best‑practice artifacts for product requirements, program reporting, and decision‑making, mentoring junior managers. Base salary range: $197K–$316K per year, potential bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary determined by role, level, and location.
