Technical Lead (.NET & Azure)

Our client, an award-winning homebuilder, is seeking a senior technical leader who can partner with business stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and provide architectural leadership across the organization. Responsibilities Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and recommend scalable application architectures within a Microsoft technology environment. Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to drive projects from concept through implementation. Provide technical leadership on application design, integration, cloud strategy, and development best practices. Participate in proof‑of‑concept work and remain hands‑on when needed. Help establish standards, processes, and technical direction within a growing technology organization. Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and long‑term strategy. Required Qualifications Strong background in Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and APIs . Experience designing and delivering enterprise applications in a Microsoft/Azure environment. Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Experience guiding technical teams, making architecture decisions, and driving solution delivery. Hands‑on experience with Azure , CI/CD pipelines, and modern application development practices.
