Buyer - Facilities

Are you a sharp procurement professional looking to step onto the iconic Las Vegas Strip? We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer for a temp-to-perm role within our resort's Facilities Division.

This isn't just an order-entry role—you’ll be the key procurement partner keeping our massive resort running smoothly. From HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing to MEP contractors and MRO supplies, you will handle end-to-end buying, contract review, and vendor negotiations.

salary: $28 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Order Goods & Services: Process purchase orders (POs) based on requests from internal resort teams.

• Work with Vendors: Contact suppliers to check stock, track shipments, and resolve delivery or quality issues

• Contract awareness: .Read agreements, spot risky changes and negotiate commercial terms and comfortable with redlines.

• Compare Prices & Save Money: Get quotes from multiple suppliers and negotiate the best rates and terms.

• Review Invoices: Double-check vendor bills against purchase orders to make sure we were charged correctly.

• Support Team Projects: Assist with basic category research and supplier data as needed.
